Who We Are

A Client Centred Professional Legal Service

Fagan Bergin is a long established law firm which has been operating from the same location for almost 100 years. Over very many years the firm has built up an expertise in our areas of operation. We aim to bring that considerable wealth of experience to our clients so that we can achieve the highest levels of performance and excellence in the results achieved. We can draw on the experiences of the past while at the same time we are not afraid to take on the challenge of breaking new ground. We aim to provide an efficient professional legal service which is client centred, friendly and cost effective. We deliver focused solutions by using the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and by communicating effectively using clear and jargon free language. Fagan Bergin has a long tradition of providing legal services to several generations of families and businesses and we aim to continue this tradition by building strong working relationships with our clients. We do this by developing a real understanding of each client’s case and by adopting a “can do” approach to problem solving.
